I have been in the Health and Wellbeing business for 33 years now and during that time I have developed my skill set from being a Beauty & Massage Therapist to learning about nutrition, EFT, yoga, aromatherapy, teaching breathe & letting go exercise classes and in recent years energy work.

The Definition of Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.


Mindfulness is a quality that every human being already possesses, it’s not something you have to conjure up, you just have to learn how to access it.

    It aims to help you:

  • become more self-aware

  • feel calmer and less stressed

  • feel more able to choose how to respond to your thoughts and feelings

  • cope with difficult or unhelpful thoughts

  • be kinder towards yourself.​
